As I have increased the number of art and gem shows at which I’m exhibiting, it has become impossible to maintain a separate inventory of items to be exclusively listed on the webpage. Plus, my mineral art does not show well on a web page. In person, the agates seem to explode in color and uniqueness. Thus, I made the decision to no longer list items for sale on this web page – other than the agate books. If you are interested in ordering a mineral art item, please send me an email to karen @ agatelady.com.

I have including below some sample photos of my mineral art. To see the items, click on the camera icons. The only items I’ll continue to list for sale on this web page are the agate books, including the first one Understanding and Finding Agates and the soon to be released NEW book Agates: Inside Out. . If you are interesting in purchasing the book, please click on the corresponding button below. More information about the agate book is included below.

A NEW comprehensive agate book AGATES: INSIDE OUT.

The new book was compiled after conducting over two years of research. It is similar to the first book in that it is intended to make you “think like an agate,” but is much more extensive. It is 258 pages with over 265 color photographs and diagrams. I’ve teamed up with mineral photographer, Tom Shearer, from Duluth. He takes pictures of rocks like no one else. The book discusses agates from around the U.S. as well as some from other countries. It also describes what agates are, how they formed, and how to look for them. The retail price is $22.95, plus sales tax of $1.38 if you live in Michigan, as well as shipping and handling.

A list of some of the mineral art items and photos are included below. If you are interested in purchasing an item and want to request what I have in inventory, please send me an email to karen @ agatelady.com. Due to the time involved to take pictures of all the items in the inventory, it would be best for you to request that a custom product be designed and handcrafted. Some of the items available at the museum, as well as in my booth at shows listed on the Home Page, include:
